Our guest quarters is a large studio ohana. It is completely private, very quiet, and has a kitchen and bath. There is a queensize bed, ideal for one or two persons. Non smokers only please. We are conveniently located between Kailua-Kona and Keauhou, a few houses up from Alii Dr. , which runs along the ocean. The Ohana is within walking distance to two great beaches, and there is easy access to shopping, movies, entertainment, etc.

Our prices have been kept low so you may have more to spend on the many activities Kona has to offer.
RATE: $75.00 per night.
We also offer a special rate for stays of more than 6 nights / 7 days @ $65 per night (plus tax).
A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation.

We are not equipt for children under the age of 8. (Mahalo!)

Our cancellation policy is full refund 30 days/ 50% 2 weeks/ less than 2 week non-refundable.
